The San Antonio Human Resources Management Association (SAHRMA) has invited the Council on American Islamic Relations to present workplace curriculum entitled Understanding Islam in the Workplace on May 12, 2015.

The SAHRMA web site states “This Program is approved for 1.00 General Recertification Credit Hour through HRCI.”  This presentation appears to be mandatory curriculum because of the credit hours associated with recertification.

The FBI is prohibited from having “non-investigative interactions” with CAIR.   However, the San Antonio Human Resources Management Association plans to give official certification status to CAIR’s propaganda and allow them to share it with the San Antonio workforce.  

• “In 2008, the FBI developed a policy on its interactions with CAIR based in part on evidence presented during the 2007 trial of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development.! The evidence at trial linked CAIR leaders to Hamas, a specially designated terrorist organization, and CAIR was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the case. The policy was intended to significantly restrict the FBI's non-investigative interactions with CAIR and to prevent CAIR from publicly exploiting such contacts with the FBI.”   Office of the Inspector General.
• In September 2013 the Office of the Inspector General audit of the FBI stated in part:  the FBI needs to ensure that all appropriate personnel at Headquarters, particularly OPA and - and in the field offices are fully briefed on the requirement to coordinate with one another. The FBI's re-promulgation of the in June 2011, reflects its belief that specific considerations still require that non-investigative interactions with CAIR be restricted on an ongoing basis.  Office of the Inspector General report  page 36 of 41.  – represent redacted information.

Sharia is Islam and Islam is Sharia.  Encyclopedia Britannica states:   Sharia, the fundamental religious concept of Islam, namely its law,...   

CAIR is working hard to make Sharia law (Note 1)  legal in the United States.

• CAIR sent out a press announcement on April 7, 2015 applauding Iowa's failure to pass legislation that would have banned Sharia law in their state courts.
• CAIR sent out an email alert on March 30, 2015 asking their members to send emails urging Arkansas lawmakers to oppose HB 1474 which would prohibit Arkansas courts from recognizing foreign laws including Islamic Sharia law.
• CAIR called on their supporters to urge members of the "South Carolina General Assembly to reject ... House Resolution 3521 (which) seeks to "prevent a court or other enforcement authority from enforcing foreign law, including but not limited to, Sharia Law in the state. ..."
  
• CAIR joined with other Muslim groups on March 23, 2015 to urge Jeb Bush to drop Jordan Sekulow as a PAC advisor because Sekulow supported several state legislative measures that prohibited state courts from recognizing Sharia law. 
• CAIR-Ohio website states the following regarding the CAIR-Cleveland April 23, 2013 banquet: "The keynote speaker, Asifa Quraishi-Landes, Esq., from University of Wisconsin Law School spoke about her new report entitled 'Sharia and Diversity: Why Americans Are Missing the Point.'"
• CAIR issued a press release on March 1, 2012 titled CAIR Releases Community Toolkit to Challenge 'Anti-Sharia' Bills.  CAIR started a nationwide campaign to fight for Sharia to be legal in more than 20 states.  

SAHRMA is empowering CAIR to advance their Understanding Islam in the Workplace propaganda.  But does SAHRMA understand that Islam and Sharia are one and the same?  Does SAHRMA understand that CAIR is pushing to legalize Sharia in America?  Does SAHRMA understand CAIR’s agenda and history (Note 2)?

Sharia law advocates many practices that conflict with the rights afforded under the United States Constitution and/or violate state and federal law including:  

• Perjury, Muslims are permitted and prompted to lie (taqiyya) to non-Muslims.  See Note 1.
• Discrimination, Muslims are permitted and compelled to discriminate against non-Muslims.  See Note 2.

Here's more reasons why many American’s are concerned about CAIR:

• CAIR chapters demonstrated in the streets across America to show their support for Hamas even declaring that “We are Hamas.” 
• Omar Ahmad, Chairman and founder of the Council on American Islamic Relations, told a Muslim crowd Islam isn't in America to be equal to any other faiths, but to become dominant. The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth.   At the Islamic Association of Palestine’s third annual convention in Chicago in November 1999, Omar Ahmad gave a speech at a youth session praising suicide bombers who kill themselves for Islam.  Fighting for freedom, fighting for Islam — that is not suicide. They kill themselves for Islam, he said.
• Nihad Awad, CAIR Executive Director, said I am in support of the Hamas movement.
• Mustafa Carroll, executive director of the Dallas-Fort Worth CAIR branch, told a crowd at a Muslim rally in Austin, Texas in 2013 If we are practicing Muslims, we are above the law of the land.
• CAIR pressured the FBI in June 2013 to stop their Most Wanted advertising campaign which helped the FBI gain information regarding the whereabouts of dangerous terrorists.  The list of CAIR officials who have made apologetic comments in the public regarding terrorists is quite extensive.
• The Council on American Islamic Relations is vigorously fighting bills in twenty state legislatures that would prohibit courts from considering provisions of foreign laws including Sharia if they are inconsistent with the United States and state constitutions.  Sharia law is antithetical to the rights and liberties afforded under the United States Constitution.
• Ghassan Elashi, founder of CAIR’s Texas chapter, in 2009 received a 65-year prison sentence for funneling over $12 million from the Islamic charity known as the Holy Land Foundation to the jihad terrorist group Hamas, which is responsible for murdering hundreds of Israeli civilians.
• Mousa Abu Marzook, a former CAIR official, was in 1995 designated by the U.S. government in 1995 as a “terrorist and Hamas leader.” He now is a Hamas leader in Syria.
• Randall Royer, CAIR’s former civil rights coordinator, in 2004 began serving a 20-year prison sentence for aiding al-Qaida and the Taliban against American troops in Afghanistan and recruiting for Lashkar e-Taiba, the jihadist group responsible for the 2008 Mumbai jihad massacres.
• Bassem Khafagi, CAIR’s former community relations director, was arrested for involvement with the Islamic Assembly of North America, which was linked to al-Qaida. After pleading guilty to visa and bank fraud charges, Khafagi was deported.
• Rabih Haddad, a former CAIR fundraiser, was deported for his work with the Global Relief Foundation (which he co-founded), a terror-financing organization.
• CAIR is an unindicted co-conspirator in a Hamas terror funding case--so named by the Justice Department during the HLF trial.
• CAIR pressured the FBI in February 2012 to remove 876 pages and 392 presentations from their education resources that were offensive to Islamists.  NPR reported:  The FBI has completed a review of offensive training material and has purged 876 pages and 392 presentations, according to a briefing provided to lawmakers. 
• CAIR pressured Illinois Governor Pat Quinn to ban anti-terrorism training expert Sam Kharoba from instructing law enforcement officers throughout the state.
• CAIR demanded that the Florida Department of Law enforcement (FDLE) ban anti-terrorism training expert Sam Kharoba from instructing law enforcement officers in the state.  Although the FDLE declined to adopt the policy requested by CAIR no law enforcement agency in Florida has contracted Sam Kharoba’s anti-terrorism training services following CAIR’s demands.
• CAIR pressured Lane Community College to fire a professor for attempting to teach the truth about Islam in a course titled What is Islam.
• CAIR pressured Brandeis University to cancel speaking engagement and human rights award planned for  Ayaan Hirsi Ali because of her criticism of Islamists.
• CAIR pressured several networks to censor numerous programs including "Alice in Arabia," "Executive Decision," "24," "The Siege," "True Lies," "Rules of Engagement," "Obsession," "The Third Jihad," "Jihad in America," “Tyrant,” and "The Sum of All Fears."

·         Qur'an (16:106) -   Any one who, after accepting faith in Allah, utters Unbelief,- except under compulsion, his heart remaining firm in Faith - but such as open their breast to Unbelief, on them is Wrath from Allah, and theirs will be a dreadful Penalty.

·         Qur'an (2:225) -   Allah will not call you to account for thoughtlessness in your oaths, but for the intention in your hearts; and He is Oft-forgiving, Most Forbearing.

·         Qur'an (3:28) - Let not the believers Take for friends or helpers Unbelievers rather than believers: if any do that, in nothing will there be help from Allah: except by way of precaution, that ye may Guard yourselves from them. But Allah cautions you (To remember) Himself; for the final goal is to Allah.  Fictitious infidel friends are okay only if they achieve a greater purpose.

·         Qur’an (33:004) -   Allah has not made for any man two hearts in his (one) body: nor has He made your wives whom ye divorce by Zihar your mothers: nor has He made your adopted sons your sons. Such is (only) your (manner of) speech by your mouths.

·         Thereligionofpeace.com reports - So controversial was Muhammad's desire to marry his adopted son's wife that he had to justify it with a stern pronouncement from Allah on the very institution of adoption, which has had tragic consequences to this day.  Verses  33:4-5 are widely interpreted to imply that Islam is against adoption, meaning that an untold number of children in the Islamic world have been needlessly orphaned - all because Muhammad's lustful desires for a married woman went beyond even what the other six wives that he possessed at the time and a multitude of slaves could satisfy.

·         Qur’an (4:011) -   Allah (thus) directs you as regards your Children's (Inheritance): to the male, a portion equal to that of two females: if only daughters, two or more, their share is two-thirds of the inheritance; if only one, her share is a half. For parents, a sixth share of the inheritance to each, if the deceased left children; if no children, and the parents are the (only) heirs, the mother has a third; if the deceased Left brothers (or sisters) the mother has a sixth. (The distribution in all cases ('s) after the payment of legacies and debts. Ye know not whether your parents or your children are nearest to you in benefit. These are settled portions ordained by Allah; and Allah is All-knowing, Al-wise.

·         Qur’an (4:012)   And unto you belongeth a half of that which your wives leave, if they have no child; but if they have a child then unto you the fourth of that which they leave, after any legacy they may have bequeathed, or debt (they may have contracted, hath been paid). And unto them belongeth the fourth of that which ye leave if ye have no child, but if ye have a child then the eighth of that which ye leave, after any legacy ye may have bequeathed, or debt (ye may have contracted, hath been paid). And if a man or a woman have a distant heir (having left neither parent nor child), and he (or she) have a brother or a sister (only on the mother's side) then to each of them twain (the brother and the sister) the sixth, and if they be more than two, then they shall be sharers in the third, after any legacy that may have been bequeathed or debt (contracted) not injuring (the heirs by willing away more than a third of the heritage) hath been paid. ·         Qur'an (2:275) -  Those who devour usury will not stand except as stand one whom the Evil one by his touch Hath driven to madness. That is because they say: "Trade is like usury," but Allah hath permitted trade and forbidden usury. Those who after receiving direction from their Lord, desist, shall be pardoned for the past; their case is for Allah (to judge); but those who repeat (The offence) are companions of the Fire: They will abide therein (for ever).

·         Qur'an (3:130) -  O ye who believe! Devour not usury, doubled and multiplied; but fear Allah; that ye may (really) prosper.

·         Qur'an (4:161) -  That they took usury, though they were forbidden; and that they devoured men's substance wrongfully;- we have prepared for those among them who reject faith a grievous punishment.

·         NPR.org reported on May 27, 2008 that there are as many as 100,000 Muslims quietly practicing polygamy in the United States.  “No one knows how many Muslims in the U.S. live in polygamous families. But according to academics researching the issue, estimates range from 50,000 to 100,000 people.”  The number today is likely much higher given the dramatic increase in Muslim immigrants granted asylum in the United States by President Obama.

·         Muslim Pedophilia in the UK Ignored by Politically-correct Authorities The New American reported on August 29, 2014.   “Report author Alexis Jay cited appalling acts of violence between 1997 and 2013 in Rotherham, a town of some 250,000.  ... The report described rapes by multiple perpetrators, mainly from Britain's Pakistani community, and how children were trafficked to other towns and cities in the north of England, abducted, beaten, and intimidated.  ‘There were examples of children who had been doused in petrol and threatened with being set alight, threatened with guns, made to witness brutally violent rapes and threatened they would be next if they told anyone," Jay said. "Girls as young as 11 were raped by large numbers of male perpetrators.’”

·         Qur'an (4:34) -  "Men are the maintainers of women because Allah has made some of them to excel others and because they spend out of their property; the good women are therefore obedient, guarding the unseen as Allah has guarded; and (as to) those on whose part you fear desertion, admonish them, and leave them alone in the sleeping-places and beat them; then if they obey you, do not seek a way against them; surely Allah is High, Great."

·         Qur'an (38:44) - "And take in your hand a green branch and beat her with it, and do not break your oath..."  Allah telling Job to beat his wife (Tafsir).

·         Qur'an, Surah (8:012) -  Remember thy Lord inspired the angels (with the message): "I am with you: give firmness to the Believers: I will instil terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them."

·         Quran (3:151) - "Soon shall We cast terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers, for that they joined companions with Allah, for which He had sent no authority".

·         Quran (8:12) -  "I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them"

Praise be to Allah

The fuqaha’ are unanimously agreed that jihad in Allah’s cause (fi sabeel-Allah) using force and weapons is one of the things on which zakaah funds may be spent, as mentioned in Soorat at-Tawbah, where Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning):

“As-Sadaqat (here it means Zakat) are only for the Fuqara (poor), and Al-Masakin (the poor) and those employed to collect (the funds); and for to attract the hearts of those who have been inclined (towards Islam); and to free the captives; and for those in debt; and for Allah’s Cause [fi sabeel-Allah] (i.e. for Mujahidoon - those fighting in the holy wars), and for the wayfarer (a traveller who is cut off from everything); a duty imposed by Allah. And Allah is All-Knower, All-Wise.” [at-Tawbah 9:60].

But they differed as to whether jihad other than with the sword is included in the general meaning of the words of Allah “and for Allah’s Cause”, based on the difference of opinion as to whether the phrase should be understood according to its broader linguistic meaning or the specific shar‘i understanding of the concept of “Allah’s cause”.

There are three different interpretations, starting with one that is very specific and gradually broadening the meaning:

The first view is that the meaning of “Allah’s cause” is so specific that it does not include anything other than jihad by the sword and spear. This is the view of the majority of Hanafi, Maaliki and Shaafa‘i fuqaha’, and of Ibn Qudaamah among the Hanbalis. It is also regarded as more correct by the Council of Senior Scholars in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. See al-Buhooth al-‘Ilmiyyah, 1/73.

Ibn Qudaamah (may Allah have mercy on him) said:

This is the view of Maalik, Abu Haneefah, ath-Thawri, ash-Shaafa‘i, Abu Thawr, and Ibn al-Mundhir, and this is more correct, because the phrase “Allah’s cause” in general terms only refers to jihad. Every time “Allah’s cause” is mentioned in the Qur’an, what is meant by it is jihad, except in a few cases. So what is mentioned in this verse should be understood in accordance with that, because that is what the apparent meaning indicates.
