Balenciaga and Adidas, the latter of which was founded by members of the Nazi party, have partnered with vocally anti-Israel supermodel Bella Hadid to front their latest collaboration, prompting accusations of hypocrisy only weeks after both companies parted ways with Kanye West over his anti-Semitism.
BareNakedIslam.org published an article on November 11, 2022 titled: ADIDAS: From the frying pan into the fire. The article reported in part:
Adidas cancelled its multi-million dollar promotion deal with rap artist Kanye West because of a few anti-Semitic remarks he made…only to replace him with Muslim supermodel, Bella Hadid, who publicly supports deadly Islamic terrorist attacks against Jews while falsely accusing them of occupying so-called “Palestinian” land for 4,000 years.
UnitedWithIsrael.org published an article titled: Supermodel with 135,000,000 Followers Blasts Israel as Occupiers of 4000-year-old Palestinian Land. The article states in part:
Bella Hadid shared a post written by her cousin that suggested Israel was occupying land that had been Palestinian for 4000 years, in addition to the claim that “Jesus was a Palestinian.”
Hadids and Hamas take aim at Israel
Unfortunately, this is not the first time Bella Hadid or her famous siblings have been caught spreading misinformation that seeks to undermine the legitimacy of the Jewish state.
Last May, when Israel was forced to defend itself after Gaza’s terrorist rulers Hamas fired a salvo of rockets at Jerusalem, Bella used her huge social media reach to claim that Israel is not a country, but rather a “group of settlers, who are colonizing Palestine.”
In the now-deleted post, the model also claimed there was no “fighting” — despite the rockets that fell in Israeli towns and cities proving otherwise — and said that Israel was guilty of “ethnic cleansing” and “apartheid” — two fallacious claims that have been thoroughly debunked on numerous occasions.
Bella Hadid’s public validation of terrorism before an online audience of 125 million people is reckless. Spewing lies about the history of Israel together with validating terrorism will likely inspire more Muslim and non-Muslim leftist hate for Jews.
Bella Hadid’s public posts regarding Israel clearly defend Palestine’s Jihad against Israel. And she must know that sharing her divisive post with 125 million people would result in fueling the fire of vitriol against Israel and the Jewish people.
Adidas’ partnership with Bella Hadid given her public defense for Palestinian terrorism and expressions of anti-Semitic vitriol is appalling.
