Lawsuit seeking the release of Nashville transgender shooter manifesto delayed by court appeal. Please send your email to keep our position alive in this case.

Florida Family Association’s last email alert reported that Judge I’Ashea L. Myles was scheduled to rule on the release of Nashville transgender shooter Audrey Hale’s manifesto on June 8, 2023.  That ruling date was postponed after the Tennessee Star appealed the judge’s decision to allow school and parents to intervene in Covenant Killer Manifesto Lawsuit.  It is important to keep the message alive before this judge that releasing the manifesto will benefit the future public safety of all Americans.  Please send your email to keep our position alive in this case.

WSMV4 published a report titled Judge to rule whether Nashville school shooter’s writings should be redacted.  The report states in part:

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A judge is getting her first look Friday at the Covenant School shooter’s journals.

The journals and writings are part of a lawsuit filed by two groups, who want copies of all of Audrey Hale’s writings seized by police.

On May 4, Chancellor I’Ashea L. Myles ordered the documents be turned over starting Friday at noon for private review. The documents, under seal, were not immediately made available to the public. Only Myles in the Chancery Court will be allowed to view Audrey Hale’s writings ahead of hearings surrounding the lawsuit filed over the documents’ release, according to a court order.

The next step in the process comes June 8, when Myles likely decides if and when the shooter’s writings get released to the public.

Public knowledge of the types of threats, mode of operation and proposed targets (without specific names) stated in Audrey Hale’s manifesto and papers gathered by Nashville Police would help other schools, churches, police and citizens at large to protect lives in the future.

The court should not give special protection to the transgender status by redacting Hale’s statements of woke ideology, passion, motivation, hate for others and intent.  The public has a right to know the motivation behind this horrific act of violence.
