The Biden administration has politicized the Department of Justice to run interference against Donald Trump to help the reelection of Joe Biden in 2024. The following time line that compares the issuance of congressional reports regarding Biden family criminal activity and the issuance of news regarding criminal action against Donald Trump show the Department of Justice has politicized its legal proceedings.
November 17, 2022 House GOP outlines Hunter Biden probe
November 18, 2022 Biden DOJ appoints Trump special counsel
March 16, 2023 Biden bank records revealed by GOP
March 18, 2023 Trump signals immediate indictment
June 8, 2023 GOP claims FBI DOC shows Biden bribes
June 9, 2023 Classified document indictment
July 31, Devon Archer Testimony
August 1, 2023 Trump 2020 election indictment
The prosecutorial actions by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and its coconspirator The White House appear to violate The Hatch Act. The suspect political actions include:
• The DOJ timed the news releases of its legal actions against Donald Trump to counter congressional news releases of Biden family crime reports for political purposes.
• The DOJ sought trial dates that will interfere with the 2024 presidential election when it could have just as easily requested trial dates after the elections.
• A sitting president for the first time in history has used his DOJ to orchestrate criminal charges and the news of such charges against his opponent during prime election time.
The Department of Justice website states: All Department of Justice employees are subject to the Hatch Act, 5 U.S.C. 7323(a) and 7324(a), which generally prohibits Department employees from engaging in partisan political activity while on duty, in a federal facility or using federal property.
The Office of Special Counsel (OSC) is responsible for enforcement of the Hatch Act. The OSC website states: OSC's primary mission is to safeguard the merit system by protecting federal employees and applicants from prohibited personnel practices, especially reprisal for whistleblowing.
The Office of Special Counsel (OSC) took 15 actions against the Trump administration. However, just like the Department of Justice it has failed to take action with regard to the obvious politicization of the Department of Justice and coconspirator The White House.
Speaker McCarthy should consider sending a budget message to all corrupt agencies by taking on the small $30 million budget of the Office of Special Counsel.
Florida Family Association has prepared an email for you to send to encourage US House Speaker Kevin McCarthy to consider making significant changes to the budget of the Office of Special Counsel in light of its inept oversight of clear violations.

Email content:
I encourage you to consider sending a budget message to all corrupt agencies by making significant changes to the small $30 million budget of the Office of Special Counsel during congressional budget appropriations. The OSC has done nothing to enforce the obvious Department of Justice violations of The Hatch Act. The DOJ’s indictment time line and unprecedented prosecution of a president and candidate for president by a president and presidential candidate should clearly have been considered a Hatch Act violation by OSC.
