An unapologetic Jimmy Kimmel falsely blames Trump administration for show suspension that was caused by his disinformation attack on conservatives.

Jimmy Kimmel said on his show
"We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA Gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from It."

Jimmy Kimmel responded last night by making no apology and taking no responsibility for his reckless attack on conservatives. Here is his response in part:

"I’ve been hearing a lot about what I need to say and do tonight, and the truth is, I don’t think what I have to say is going to make much of a difference," Kimmel said. "If you like me, you like me. If you don’t, you don’t. I have no illusions about changing anyone’s mind. But I want to make something clear, because it’s important to me as a human, and that is – you understand that it was never my intention to make light of the murder of a young man."

"Nor was it my intention to blame any specific group for the actions," he continued. "It was a deeply disturbed individual. That was really the opposite of the point I was trying to make, but I understand that, to some, it felt either ill-timed or unclear or maybe both, and for those who think I did point a finger, I get why you’re upset. If the situation was reversed, there’s a good chance I would have felt the same way."

Jimmy Kimmel’s unapologetic excuse of "Nor was it my intention to blame any specific group for the actions" does not and cannot reconcile his reckless statement that the “MAGA Gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from It"

Turning Point USA’s response to Jimmy Kimmel’s September 23rd act.  Andrew Kolvet TPUSA spokesman said the following in part on Fox News this morning:

“Jimmy Kimmel did not apologize, ask for forgiveness or take responsibility for his” attack on conservatives.”

“Somebody like Jimmy Kimmel says that the shooter was MAGA.  What he is really saying is its okay to lie about conservatives.  Their lives don’t matter.  That is his agenda.  His political agenda and cultural agenda are more important than the lives of my friend who was just taken from us and robbed from us.”

“When people like Jimmy Kimmel skirt the truth when they refuse to take accountability for their actions then that sends a signal that there is a whole institutional machinery that is prepared to defend these evil doers and that’s not okay.”

“What we need is ‘I am sorry.  I lied.  I was wrong and my apologies to the Kirk family and Erika Kirk.  Jimmy Kimmel did something wrong and he is still not owning it.”

Kimmel cried crocodile tears talking about Erika Kirk’s forgiveness for the shooter and about Jesus’ forgiveness but failed to ask for it himself.

Jimmy Kimmel spent nearly half of his show falsely blaming the Trump administration for the temporary suspension of his show.  The FCC Director did not talk about censoring any show but instead said further action should be taken to allow local broadcast licensees to have more control over their programming content to be in compliance with local community standards.

It was Sinclair Broadcast Group and Nexstar Media Group that brought pressure on ABC and Disney to suspend Kimmel, not the FCC.  It was Disney that suspended Kimmel not the Trump administration. But Kimmel lied last night about it and projected more hate toward conservatives.

ABC was not able to sell much advertising for the September 23rd episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live.  30 of the 54 advertising spots were for ABC promotions not commercial advertisers.  Florida Family Association has found that eight of eleven legitimate commercial advertisers are not blocking the call to action server.
