Florida Family Association launched an email campaign on May 21, 2025 titled:  US Department of Justice must EITHER prosecute James Comey for calling for the killing of President Trump OR publicly provide a rational explanation for non-prosecution.  

The campaign asked people to send a prepared email using their own email client to Chad Mizelle, Chief of Staff for Attorney General Pam Bondi.

Approximately, 10,046 people responded to the email alert.  That does not include the thousands of people who went to the Florida Family Association website and sent the email from there.  The email prepared for people to send to AG Bondi stated:

Honorable Attorney General Pam Bondi,

I urge you to prosecute James Comey for his call to kill President Trump.  Comey knows what 86 means and knows there are mentally unstable leftists who would take a former FBI Director’s kill call more seriously than a protestor holding an 8647 sign. Simply questioning Comey will not deter others and likely result in licensing and empowering more leftists to call for the killing of President Trump. If you are not going to prosecute Comey then you owe millions of Americans an explanation for such non-prosecution that may lead to more kill calls.

We realized when we sent out this email alert that it was highly unlikely that James Comey would be indicted for his 8647 prank. However, on the other hand we believed that if enough people sent emails to AG Bondi’s Chief of Staff that it could increase the chances that some other charges would be brought against him.  And that appears to be what has happened.

There is no way to know for sure if our 10,000 plus emails demanding prosecution of James Comey for his 8647 prank played a role in his indictment.  However, it would be hard for Trump loyal AG Pamela Bondi not to be motivated by 10,000 emails calling for Comey's prosecution.

Comey is the first and so far the only anti-Trump, deep state villain to be indicted by the United States Department of Justice.

It would appear that your emails made a difference in the matter of justice for James Comey.  Thank you for supporting our email campaigns.
