Media Matters is targeting companies that advertise on Sean Hannity because of his conservative values. The leftist organization reported that Viking Cruises and Boehringer Ingelheim makers of Duloclax had stopped advertising on the Sean Hannity Show.
Florida Family Association responded with an online campaign that urged Viking Cruises to reinstate its advertising with Hannity. Another online campaign encouraged a approximately thirty five companies to continue advertising on the Sean Hannity Show including Boehringer Ingelheim makers of Duloclax. Thousands of people sent emails through Floridafamily.org's action email center to both advertisers.
Good News! Advertising for both Viking Cruises and Boehringer Ingelheim makers of Duloclax were recorded during the June 9, 2017 edition of the Sean Hannity Show.
Additionally, Florida Family Association responded with an online campaign that urged USAA to reinstate its advertising with Sean Hannity. Thousands of people sent emails through the Floridafamily.org action email center to USAA. USAA responded quickly by reinstating its advertising plans to continue with Hannity.
InterContinental Hotels Group, GoodRX and Ring.com also responded by stating that Media Matters had erroneously reported that these companies had stopped advertising on the Sean Hannity Show.
Florida Family Association will monitor the list for companies that are reported as having stopped advertising. A new email alert will be prepared for the companies that Media Matters reports as having stopped advertising.
