Thanks to emails from tens of thousands of concerned American consumers there are no major companies, no Fortune 1000 companies advertising now on Al Jazeera America.  Of all the small businesses advertising on Al Jazeera America, The Economist is the largest in size.

The Economist stopped advertising on October 6, 2013 after being reported by Floridafamily.org as a top advertiser.  However, the Economist resumed advertising on October 24, 2013.

The Economist is not only a top advertiser on Al Jazeera America but the company also promotes Al Jazeera America on their home page.  The photo of the Economist.com home page posted below shows that relationship.

Al Jazeera is a news company that is owned by a non-democratic, monarch styled emirate who does not afford citizens freedom of the press, espouses Islamic Sharia law, backs the head of Hamas and supports the Muslim Brotherhood.

The Economist and companies that advertise with The Economist certainly have the right to choose where they use their advertising dollars.  You have the same right to object and choose products from other companies that won't give your consumer dollars to Al Jazeera.  Florida Family Association has prepared an email for you to send to officials at the companies that advertise with The Economist.
