Fox News published an article titled: MSNBC cancels Joy Reid’s show as part of programming shakeup at liberal network. The news report states in part: Reid will host the final "ReidOut" this week.
Florida Family Association started contacting companies that advertised on The ReidOut show in November 2021 to advise them of her show’s content and urge them to stop advertising. The ReidOut’s host, sit in hosts and some contributors pushed anti-white propaganda that was offensive, racist and likely inspired hate among some viewers of this show. Joy Reid supported defund the police movement, defended Black Lives Matter riots, promoted reparations, advocated Critical Race Theory and disparaged white people especially Christian white people.
Florida Family Association’s campaign influenced 517 out of 607 companies to stop advertising on The ReidOut because of ts anti-Semitic, anti-Christian and anti-white program content. Florida Family Association had 26 active online campaigns that encourage people to send emails to 26 different advertisers when MSNBC cancelled The ReidOut

Why was this campaign important? Joy Reid spewing her hate against Jews, Christians and white people has to have impacted her 1,275,000 viewers' attitudes toward the same groups of people. Florida Family Association's first objective is to successfully encourage companies to stop advertising. When companies stop advertising on The ReidOut because of her hate towards other Americans it is a repudiation of her show in the market place. However, the second objective which is just as important if not more important is that these companies need to know that there are many people, many consumers, who are adamantly opposed to Critical Race Theory, the Black Lives Matter movement, anti-Semitism and hate for Christians. Florida Family Association office emails and the emails from thousands of FFA supporters counter the leftist pressure on these companies to embrace leftist hate. Apart from our campaign regarding The ReidOut these companies may never receive a significant number of opposing comments regarding these issues.
