The Salvation Army has removed a document from its website called "Let’s Talk About Race" after criticism over the racially charged language instructing white people and Christians to "evaluate" racist attitudes and practices. "Elements of the recently issued ‘Let’s Talk About Racism’ guide led some to believe we think they should apologize for the color of their skin, or that The Salvation Army may have abandoned its Biblical beliefs for another philosophy or ideology," the Salvation Army posted on its website. "That was never our intention, so the guide has been removed for appropriate review." Joy Reid’s show on MSNBC epitomizes the harmful elements of Critical Race Theory (CRT). Reid is so prolific with anti-white hate speech that Tucker Carlson on Fox News calls her “the race lady.” The ReidOut’s host, sit in hosts and some contributors practice anti-white labeling that is offensive, racist and likely inspires hate among some viewers of this show. One example of her content: Joy Reid compared Kyle Rittenhouse's not guilty verdict to white slave traders having their way with an unfair judicial system that they started. Reid’s racist rhetoric furthers racism, delays real healing, wrongfully damages the self esteem of white people and unjustly instills hate in the hearts of black people toward white people. Countered the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) law suit which sought to eradicate the United States Terror Watchlist. CAIR sued the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on April 5, 2016 on behalf of 23 Muslims. The lawsuit challenged the validity of the Terror Screening Database the official name for the Terror Watchlist that is used by law enforcement and the private sector to protect millions of Americans and the citizens of several other countries from terrorism. Florida Family Association launched many online campaigns that encouraged the District Court Judge and all of the judges on the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to make public safety the priority in this case. The email prepared for sending to the judges stated: “I respectfully urge you not to give terrorists an advantage at the expense of the safety of American lives by affirming specific rules or unprecedented relief that may not work and could help terrorists in Anas Elhady v. Charles Kable. Requiring Government procedures for seeking redress for an individual’s alleged placement on the Terror Screening Database that go beyond what is necessary to satisfy Due Process could result in incorrect watchlist placement and jeopardize public safety.” Florida Family Association supporters sent tens of thousands of emails to both courts during the five years of litigation. On March 30, 2021, a three judge panel at the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit unanimously ruled to uphold the Terror Watchlist. CAIR petitioned for rehearing en banc on May 14, 2021 before the full 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. The appellate court ruled on May 28, 2021: “The petition for rehearing en banc was circulated to the full court. No judge requested a poll under Fed. R. App. P. 35. The court denies the petition for rehearing en banc.” Not even one judge wanted to reconsider CAIR’s ludicrous challenge. If you look at the Constitution, the Constitution lays out how elections are going to be set forth. There's obviously some role for the federal government in a number of the elections. There's a primary role for the state government. This bill is trying to wipe out a significant amount of the state's role in managing elections. What is that going to do? Number one, it's going to undermine voter ID, which I think is critical, and it helps to reduce fraud. Radical leftists want to make it clear that a person’s right to unscientifically choose his sex as a she and impose that choice in female restrooms and unfairly compete against real females in athletic events is superior to the First Amendment Rights under the United State’s Constitution which states in part “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;” The leftist H.R.5 titled “Equality Act” makes it clear that a person’s gender identity is superior to the constitutionally protected free exercise of religion. H.R.5 amendment proposes in part: “SEC. 1107. Claims. “The Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 shall not provide a claim concerning, or a defense to a claim under, a covered title, or provide a basis for challenging the application or enforcement of a covered title.” H.R.5 amendment to SEC. 1107 means gender identity and wokeness trump the First Amendment. Your right to govern your business, your church, your synagogue, your private school by Judeo-Christian values or even real science regarding gender identity would be unlawful. Violators of this act may quickly find themselves at the very expensive end of defending legal action brought against them by the United States Department of Justice. The Congressional Summary of H.R.5 states in part: “The bill allows the Department of Justice to intervene in equal protection actions in federal court on account of sexual orientation or gender identity.” H.R.5 also allows the he/she to sue people who violate the law. H.R.5 passed the United States House of Representatives by a 224 to 206 vote. It moved to the Senate, where 60 votes are required to overcome the filibuster, which would bring the bill to a vote. Thanked Southwest Airlines for not caving to the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) demand that it fire an airline attendant for alleged discrimination. Fatima Altakrouri, a Muslim woman, chose two seats for her and her sister, Muna Kowni, next to the emergency exit. A flight attendant determined that Fatima did not speak English and could not sit next to the exit because policy required that they speak English in case of an emergency. Fatima wore a hijab but her sister did not. The Dallas-Fort Worth chapter of CAIR filed a complaint alleging that Southwest Airlines discriminated against Fatima on the grounds of her religion. Southwest spokesperson Brandy King said: "Our internal reports from the flight do not support claims made by the passenger regarding comments or decisions being made based upon appearance. The safety of our passengers is paramount, and individuals seated in an exit row are required to verbally indicate that they can perform certain duties in flight. Our Crew is responsible for getting that confirmation from a passenger before seating them in an overawing exit row and was unable to gain acknowledgment from the passenger during boarding. Therefore, as a courtesy, the Crew offered her an alternate seat." CAIR used this situation like dozens of other times to push it’s agenda to Islamize America and intimidate the Americans. Countering another leftist bill that seeks to federalize election rules that could empower them to legalize corrupt voting practices and plan to try to abolish 60 vote cloture (filibuster) rule again. The John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act is the left’s latest bill this year which seeks to federalize elections and take control of voting regulations away from the states. This legislation specifically allows the federal government to promulgate any rule they choose for state and local election offices. This means the federal government could: Mandate mail in ballots for every elector in every state; Prohibit states from requiring voter identification; Allow ballot harvesting where activists go door to door and complete the ballot for the elector; Allow private drop boxes which activists can stuff with their manufactured ballots or never turn in ballots for precincts with demographics that favor their electoral opponents; Allow corporations to give private grants to local election offices under the guise of helping to fund operations but actually have strings attached which require the election office to handle ballots in the way that best serves certain activists. Toyota reported that it would no longer donate to members of Congress who voted against certifying the 2020 election in January 2021 after the company was pressured by The Lincoln Project, a political action committee founded by Republicans to help defeat former President Donald Trump in the 2020 election. The very few people who call themselves Republicans and hate Donald Trump should not have the final word regarding the legitimate questioning of election fraud by 147 elected representatives. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez responded: “.. but this term there are legitimate white supremacist sympathizers that sit at the heart and the core of the Republican caucus. There are no consequences in the Republican caucus for violence. No consequences for racism. No consequences for misogyny. No consequences for insurrection. And no consequences mean that they condone it.
